Step 1.

Measure the distance of each bolt and make the dimension mark.

Close the lubricating oil valve and open the drain valve to inject compressed air

into the cooler to let the lubricating oil flow cleanly.

Step 3.

Loosen the tightening bolts evenly.

Continue alternately until all reaction forces of the plate package has disappeared.

Then remove the bolts.

Clean the oil side with diesel oil.

Step 4.

Water side with clean water .

Step 5.

Check whether there is sand hole in the plate and whether the gaskets deformed or damaged after rinsing.

Step 6.

After the plate cleaning and inspection is completed, press the gasket and tighten the bolt.

Step 7.

After the plate is installed, inject clean water and press it down to 7-9 kg.

Check whether there is water leakage and whether the pressure is reduced.

Step 8.

After the pressure is guaranteed not to drop, the lubricating oil no leakage.

After ensuring that there is no problem, the project is finished.
